Intersections

Just presented today to Johnny Lau— our SYOG connection—our experiences at the temple Sunday night, and low and behold— what a small world— Johnny knows and just played with (in the last few days) Govin Tan, the gifted tabla player from our temple night. Such an overlapping lovely world.

Our entire class was mesmerized by Govin and his art. One of the things I put forward to Johnny was the necessity of including him into the Youth Olympics in some way. He embodies such a lovely fusion of identity and represents the creative potential of Singapore. And it seems quite possible!
